Thank you for your interest in SHOWTIME PRODUCTIONS. Just as individuals are different, every wedding reception should be handled differently too. SHOWTIME strives to make your wedding experience a memorable one. Not only does your choice of DJ’s need to know music, your choice is responsible to direct, coordinate, and provide entertainment for both you and your guests. Your successful reception is a result of both planning and knowledge from both you and your choice of DJ’s. An experienced DJ needs to cater to all of your needs as you are the consumer and your input should be priority number one. With SHOWTIME, you not only get a DJ, you also get a Master of Ceremonies, a host and most importantly, a person that has a sincere interest in providing a top notch quality product.
Not only can I provide music for your reception, I can also provide music for your wedding ceremony, provided that both are at the same facility. Feel free to look over these questions and let me know if there is anything that you feel that has been left out because like I stated earlier, every reception needs to be handled differently and all needs are not always the same. Just a reminder, you are not booked until I have the signed Weddings Packages PDF file in my hands and after I receive the signed contract, you’ll get a call to let you know that you are booked. You’ll need to get in touch with me about six weeks prior to your wedding so that a date can be set to get together and fine tune your needs.
As times have changed over the years that I have been in this business, so has the structure of this contract and It is my business to pick up details and integrate them into what I can provide for you. I am constantly looking for new ways and new ideas to ensure that the clients that have booked the services are getting exactly what they have paid for and will continue to do so.
Your signed contract is your deposit and the payment is due on the day of your wedding, not the day that you sign and send in your contract. If full payment is not made by the day of the event, you will be billed for the remainder of the payment and there will be a $150 late fee added to the invoice. If you book SHOWTIME and find the need to cancel at a later date, that’s perfectly fine as long as it’s done well in advance of your wedding date. Cancellations that are arranged less than one month prior to your event are subject to half of your payment total. The reasoning behind this is to cover myself in the event that business was turned down because of your booked event.
In closing, let me once again thank you for considering SHOWTIME PRODUCTIONS as being part of your “special day”. Hopefully this site will be both informative and instrumental in providing you with the tools that you need to ensure that your reception will be a total success. If after reading through all the information you find that you have questions, concerns or any comments what so ever, feel free to contact me and I’ll try to provide you with all of the additional information you might need. Remember when thinking about your wedding reception, think of SHOWTIME!
